In contrast to the standard technology, in which the boiling of grain occurs at a temperature of 140-160 degrees, soft cooking assumes a gentle temperature regime not higher than 60 degrees. The duration of the process is doubled, but it allows you to obtain an alcohol of unique quality and preserve the rich bread flavor of the drink.
